As part of a comprehensive brand strategy course at Vanderbilt University, I collaborated with my team to create a full-scale brand audit of Loveshack Fancy, a luxury lifestyle brand known for its romantic aesthetic and vintage-inspired collections. This project involved analyzing the brand’s identity, target consumer segments, competitive landscape, and digital presence. Our team delivered strategic recommendations focused on expanding market share while preserving brand equity.
